"On Saturday, July 24th, I had my air conditioner cleaned and serviced by a very nice serviceman, Nick. When he was outside servicing the unit, it started raining, and almost at the same time, my power went out. For some reason, my backup power pump did not turn on and my sump area was filling up quickly because of all the rain recently. I had a generator, but when it was connected, the water was still rising and the generator wasn't helping. He calmly found the problem, the generator started working. "Nothing like waking up to a heating system that is shuddering and shaking and making a noise that lets you know something is wrong. As I enter the boiler room it is apparent that one of my circulating pump has seized and is threatening the whole heating system.
